Anasura Yoga is the modern form of Hatha Yoga. Based on findings of biogenetics and biomechanics alignment principles have been developed. The biogenetics and biomechanics cooperate as a building block principle. The participant will always continue to its ideal posture and energy flow in the body is improved. This leads to an increased general well-being and more vitality, both mentally and physically. In addition, the precise alignment prevents injuries.
