Tula Yoga is developed by the Englishman Louka Leppard yoga-based bodywork with a partner. The term Tula comes from Sanskrit and means balance. In practice you have their backs against the lying partner, sits down on his feet drawn up and can then slide rearward, whereupon you will be supported by the hands and feet gently lifted into the air. Half an hour one stays with closed eyes up there, floating freely beyond external reference points. The whole body can relax, nothing needs to be done effortlessly flows one position to the next. The attention wanders from the outside world to the sensations and feelings of the inner world, and the mind enters a calm and clear state of consciousness.
