Raja Yoga

Raja Yoga

Raja means passion, activity, restlessness
It is the way of the „Royal Yoga“.

The term Raja Yoga, however, was not coined until much later. He came from the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, a yoga scripture of the 15th century. Patanjali philosophies include the eight-step path of yoga, Ashtanga, which consists of Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. This bullet covers the development of the spirit and its control, which leads to liberation from suffering. [Even]] observation, mindfulness, concentration, meditation, affirmations and visualizations are techniques that can be applied to this path, to awaken and to experience unity with God.

There are various forms of Raja Yoga style, but include all the eight Ashtangas. Only the focus will be set differently.
